About MALKHAH GROUP

Why we started MALKHAH GROUP
We kept hearing the same story from clients. A simple office upgrade turned into three separate projects, with a contractor for the renovation, an IT company for the network, and a supplier for the furniture and equipment. Three quotations to compare, three schedules that never quite lined up, and three companies to chase whenever something went wrong. Managing the vendors often took more time than the work itself.
So we built one company that can take care of all of it. Our construction, technology and supply teams plan the job together from the first site visit, so the walls are finished before the cabling goes in and the furniture arrives when the room is ready, not before. You deal with one coordinator who knows every part of your project and always picks up the phone.
That approach saves our clients time, reduces mistakes between trades and makes budgets easier to control, because everything sits in one quotation and one contract. It works just as well for a single repair as it does for a full fit-out.
We are a young company, and we know trust is earned, not claimed. We earn it the simple way, with honest quotations with no hidden extras, regular updates without you having to ask, clean and safe sites, and finishing what we start, on the date we promised. Give us your first job and judge us on it. We are confident it will not be your last.

About MALKHAH GROUP
What does MALKHAH GROUP do?
We work in three areas. Construction and engineering covers new building works, renovation, fit-out, demolition and maintenance. Information technology covers networks, servers, hosting, software and day-to-day IT support. General trading and services covers the sourcing and delivery of goods for offices, project sites and institutions. You can engage us for one of these, or combine them so a single team plans and delivers the whole job.
Who are your clients?
We work with government agencies and departments, government-linked companies (GLCs) and private companies of all sizes, from SMEs to larger organisations. Each buys a little differently, so we adapt our paperwork, reporting and scheduling to suit, whether that means following public procurement procedures or simply getting a small business up and running quickly.
Where are your offices?
Our business office is at 10-9 (Duplex Office), Plaza Azalea, Persiaran Bandaraya, Seksyen 11, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, which is where most meetings take place. Our registered office is at No. 10-A, Jalan S2 D38, Magistrate Square, Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. If it is easier for you, we are happy to meet at your premises or on site instead.
Which areas do you cover?
Most of our work is in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Negeri Sembilan, where we can respond quickly and visit sites easily. We also take on work in other parts of Malaysia, particularly for larger jobs or repeat clients. Let us know the location when you enquire, and we will confirm availability and whether any travel or logistics costs apply.
When was the company set up?
MALKHAH GROUP SDN. BHD. was incorporated in Malaysia on 4 December 2024 as a private company limited by shares, with SSM registration number 202401051348 (1597191-P). As a young company, we focus on doing each job properly and building long-term relationships rather than chasing volume.
How can I get your company profile?
Email sherina@malkhah.com and we will send our company profile, usually the same working day. If you are registering us as a vendor, tell us which documents your organisation needs, such as company registration details or bank information, and we will send them together.
Quotations and working with us
How do I request a quotation?
Use the contact form or email sherina@malkhah.com. The more you tell us, the more accurate the first quotation will be, so please include the scope of work, the location, your preferred timeline, and any drawings, photos or item lists you already have. For building or IT works we will usually suggest a short site visit before confirming the price.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one or two working days. Simple supply orders can often be quoted within that time. For larger or more technical jobs, we will first confirm that we have understood your needs, arrange a site visit if required, and then send a detailed quotation, usually within a week of the visit.
Do you charge for a site visit or quotation?
No. Site visits and quotations are free of charge for genuine enquiries within our usual coverage area. For locations further away, or where a detailed design or survey is needed before pricing, we will explain any costs up front so there are no surprises.
Can one quotation cover more than one service?
Yes, and this is where we add the most value. An office set-up, for example, can include renovation works, network cabling and IT installation, and furniture or equipment supply under one quotation and one contract. You get a single programme with the trades in the right order, one invoice trail, and one company responsible for the result.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. Every job is assigned one coordinator who stays with you from the first site visit through to handover and after-sales support. Even when several trades are involved, you will not have to repeat yourself to different people or chase separate contractors for updates.
What happens if the scope changes during the job?
Changes happen, especially once work starts on site. When they do, we discuss the change with you, explain how it affects the cost and the timeline, and confirm it in writing before carrying it out. Nothing extra appears on the final invoice without your approval.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are set out clearly in each quotation and depend on the size and type of job. Smaller supply orders are usually invoiced on delivery, while larger works may be billed in stages as agreed milestones are completed. For government agencies and GLCs, we follow your standard procurement and payment process.
Construction and renovation
What kind of construction work do you take on?
We handle new building and civil works, renovation and interior fit-out, demolition, building and property works, scheduled maintenance contracts and engineering project support. Typical projects include offices, government and institutional buildings, schools, hotels, shops and residential properties, from a single room to a whole building.
Can you work while our building is still in use?
Yes. Most of our clients cannot close for long, so we plan around the people using the building. Noisy or dusty work can be scheduled after hours or at weekends, work areas are sealed off and kept safe, and each section is handed back as soon as it is finished so normal operations can continue.
Do you offer maintenance after a renovation?
Yes. After handover we can set up a scheduled maintenance contract covering regular inspections, repairs and minor upgrades. This keeps the building in good condition, catches small problems before they become expensive, and gives you one number to call when something needs attention.
How do you keep the site safe?
Safety is planned before work begins. We assess the risks of each job, make sure workers have the right protective equipment and procedures, keep sites tidy and properly secured, and give everyone on site the right to stop work if something looks unsafe. We follow the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and related regulations.
IT services
What IT services do you provide?
We plan and install networks and structured cabling, Wi-Fi, servers and hosting, and set up computers and peripherals for staff, including leased PCs and laptops. We also develop custom software and web systems, integrate new systems with the ones you already use, and provide ongoing IT support and preventive maintenance so everything keeps running after installation.
Do you lease PCs and laptops?
Yes. We lease desktop PCs and laptops, set up and delivered ready to use, for a monthly cost agreed in the quotation. Leasing suits new offices, projects with an end date, schools and organisations that prefer fixed monthly costs to a large upfront purchase.
What is included in a PC or laptop lease?
The equipment itself, with the operating system and standard software set up to your requirements, delivery and installation, and repairs or replacements if a unit develops a fault during the lease. At the end of the lease we collect the equipment and securely wipe it. The exact scope is written into your quotation so you know what you are getting.
Can I lease for a short period or a single project?
Yes. If you only need computers for the length of a project, a training programme or a busy season, we can quote a lease for that period instead of a full-term contract. Tell us how many units you need and for how long, and we will propose the best arrangement.
Can you support systems another company installed?
Yes. We start by reviewing what you already have, documenting the setup and identifying any risks or weak points. We then recommend what to keep, what to fix and what to replace, so you are not forced into a full replacement when a targeted improvement will do.
Will our staff be trained on new systems?
Yes. A system only creates value if people can use it confidently. The staff who will use a new system are shown how it works in practice, not just handed a manual, and you receive clear documentation, including network diagrams and setup notes, for future reference.
How do you handle our data?
We treat client data with care and access only what is needed to do the job. Passwords and system details are handed over securely and documented for your team. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Cyber Security Act 2024, and can work within your organisation’s own IT and security policies.
Supply and procurement
What can you supply?
We supply office and operational supplies, furniture, IT hardware and accessories, equipment, and materials for construction and renovation projects, along with other goods sourced to your specification. Send us your full list and we will tell you what we can source, suggest suitable alternatives where needed, and quote for everything together.
Can you supply to government agencies?
Yes. Supply to government, government agencies and the private sector is within our registered business scope. Quotations, delivery orders and invoices are prepared in the format your procurement and finance teams require, with item descriptions and references matching your purchase order so payment is not held up.
Can you handle repeat or scheduled orders?
Yes. For items you need regularly, such as consumables, cleaning supplies or office stationery, we can set up repeat orders on a schedule that suits you. This saves your team from raising the same order every month and makes sure essential items do not run out.
Do you deliver to site?
Yes. Goods are delivered to your office, institution or project site together with the proper delivery documents. Let us know about access times, loading bays, lifts or unloading arrangements when you order, and we will plan the delivery so it does not disrupt your operations or other work on site.
